Kids’ Shoes In Cyber Monday – FIND Your Kids’ Shoes For The Best Price!

Kids Shoes In Cyber Monday

What a better way to start the holiday season by buying your kid’s shoes at a discounted price!

If you are looking forward to save money on your kids’ shoes, Cyber Monday is the perfect day to do so!

I have been working for a specialized children’s shoe store for the last ten years. We specialize in children with foot and leg problems, but we also provide regular shoe fittings as well. I have fitted thousands of shoes and I am familiar with which shoe brands and which shoe styles are better than others.

As you may know the following Monday after Thanksgiving, known as the cyber day of the traditional Christmas shopping season, is usually the day on which online retailers offer special reduced prices.

In this article I will show you where to buy your kids’ shoes in Cyber Monday.

Did you know that there is a place that releases new deals every hour starting the week of Cyber Monday?

This place is called Amazon and it’s the place I highly recommend for parents to purchase their kids’ shoes when they don’t have a local kids’ shoe store that they trust.

Amazon offers a great variety of children’s supportive and well-made shoes with a great varierty of styles at very reasonable prices. During the week of Cyber Monday, Amazon releases new deals every hour!

Buying Shoes On Amazon

Whether your kids’ old shoes have finally worn holes through the soles, or whether you just love stocking up on the latest footwear fashion, you’ve decided that it’s time to provide your child with a new pair of shoes.

Before you choose a new pair of shoes for your child, I want to show you which shoe styles are made from a  better quality material and that will provide more support for your kids’ feet. You will for sure make a better decision!

Last week we had our first snow of the season (I am located in Washington D.C.), and most parents started asking me about which are the best snow boots for kids.

Purchasing a pair of shoes for your child takes a lot more than just scrolling down and searching for one that looks appealing to your eye or that is offered at the best price.

I want you to remember one thing: Higher priced shoes don’t automatically translate into better shoes for your child. Most shoe styles that I have fitted are reasonable priced, provide excellent support, and they are made of quality materials such as leather.

There are a couple of things to consider such as:

  • If your child has wide or extra wide feet, you will need to find a shoe style that is wide enough for his or her feet. For example, did you know that there are certain kids’ snow boots that are available in wide widths? I named shoe boots just as an example but there are also soccer, baseball, basketball, dress shoes… all available in wide and extra wide widths.
  • If your child is experiencing foot or leg pain there are certain shoes that will offer more support to his or her feet, and if you choose the correct pair of shoes then you can significantly reduce or fully eliminate the pain.
  • You should also always consider the materials that the shoes are made of. Shoes made of low, quality materials can lead to all sort of foot issues to your child’s feet.

To summarize, the type of shoes that you want to provide for your child must provide the following features:

✅ Support: This will minimize the impact that your kids’ feet take every time they come in contact with the ground. In order to provide your child with a pair of supportive shoes, the shoes must come with a substantial sole and a firm heel counter. Some parents don’t know what the heel counter is. The heel counter is the back part of the shoes that provides ankle support. Take a look at the picture below for clarification:

✅ Lightweight and flexible: The shoes must provide good support, but they MUST be lightweight and flexible at the same time in order to prevent your kids’ feet and legs from easily getting tired.

✅ Quality materials: Shoes made out of leather are the ones that I recommend since they will mold to the shape of your kids’ feet and will also allow your kids’ feet to breathe.

✅ Widths: After fitting children’s shoes for almost 10 years, there is one thing I realized that is quite shocking. There is a tremendous number of children that either have wide or extra wide feet. The issue is that some parents are not aware of this and they end up fitting their children in shoes that are too narrow for their feet. I have fitted several children with wide and extra wide feet and I can confidently tell that it doesn’t matter how wide your kids’ feet are, there is at least one particular shoe style out there that will FIT the shape of his or her feet perfectly.

I have been helping parents find their kids’ shoes online for the last 5 years. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for a pair of dress shoes for your child with narrow feet, or a pair of soccer cleats for your child with extra wide feet, it’s highly likely that I have fitted those shoes before and I will help you find them!

Let me explain you why I recommend that you get your children’s shoes at Amazon this holiday seasons:

Amazon Will Offer Free Shipping For The 2018 Holiday Season and announced that beginning November 5, it will offer FREE SHIPPING in ALL ORDERS with no minimum for the holidays.

You should take advantage of this deal and start getting your child’s winter shoes for example (before that particular pair that your child needs gets sold out).

Like I mentioned before, I will provide you with a selection of the best shoe styles that I have fitted for children that provide all of the features mentioned above. Please keep in mind that I only review shoes that I have fitted before, since that is the only way I can tell how well-made the shoes are and how well they fit.

One concern I have when parents purchase their kids’ shoes online is whether they are providing their kids with the correct shoe size.

That is the reason why I decided to create an article where I describe the simplest, yet most effective way to figure out your child’s foot size from home. You can find that article here:

How To Measure Kids Shoe Size From Home – In Less Than 30 Seconds!

Now that you know what shoe size your child needs (REMEMBER this involves the correct shoe length and the correct shoe width), and what features a pair of good shoes must provide for your child, I will provide you with a selection of the best shoe styles that I have fitted before.

I will be starting with the best every day shoe styles that I have fitted before. This first selection is every day shoes that your child can wear when he/she goes to school or running around all day. These shoe styles will fit a child with medium, wide, or extra wide feet.

Now let’s move on to winter shoes.

This first selection of shoes are snow boots that your child can wear to actually play in the snow, since they are insulated and they will keep his or her feet warm and dry.

These shoe styles fit “true to size”, which means that you need to go a half a size longer of the size that your child measures in the shoe measuring scale in order to allow for growing room.

This second selection of shoes are WATERPROOF shoes that your child can wear as every day shoes and they will keep his/her feet DRY. These shoe styles are not meant to be worn in the snow. Please refresh your browser if you can’t see the recommendations.

The Merrell hiking boot styles are available in wide widths (“W”) and will fit a child with a wide or an extra wide foot.

All of these shoe styles fit “true to size”, which means that you need a half a size longer of the size that your child measures in the shoe measuring scale in order to allow for growing room.

If you want me to describe a particular shoe style such as a summer, sport, or dress shoe, please let me know and I will provide you with a selection of those as well.

In the meantime, you can take a look at a tool I created that will allow you to filter shoe options customized to your child’s unique footprint. The tool allows you to search by the child’s age, type of shoe that you are looking for, whether you want Velcro closure or shoelaces, and other important features, such as whether the shoe will fit a child with a high instep, is waterproof, and/or is capable of accommodating an orthotic.

You can find that tool here:
