Tongue pads are adhesive-backed pads that go in the tongue of the shoes and they work in all enclosed shoes. They are extremely effective in preventing heel slippage by snugging up a loose-fitting shoe, and I have used them many times for children with narrow feet. purchase the medium and that it is made more narrow than other brands.

Correct, these two shoe brands don’t make dress shoes in actual narrow widths, but they do run extremely narrow. A child with a wide foot won’t be able to fit in these shoe styles, and a child with a medium width foot might be able to fit in these shoe styles. It’s really hard to find dress shoes to fit children with narrow feet, but these shoe brands are proven to fit narrow feet perfectly.
