Sport Insoles for Kids with Foot Pain – Support Your Child’s Feet and Prevent Pain!

Has your child been diagnosed with a foot condition and complains about foot pain while playing sports? Did your medical professional diagnose your child with flat feet, overpronation, or weak ankles? Children who play sports stress out their feet and legs at a whole different level. If your child is already wearing a pair of supportive cleats in the correct size and the pain persists, the next step is to try a sports insole inside your child’s cleats for extra support and stability.

Which Sport Insoles Work Best for Children with Foot Pain?

There are many sports insoles in the market, so it can be hard to figure out which ones will work best for your child’s unique foot shape and foot condition.

What is a Sport Insole Main Purpose?

A sport insole is specifically designed to provide cushioning, support, and stability, and to relieve pressure areas of the foot.

There is one sport insole that we sell at the shoe store that has proven to be the most effective one when it comes to preventing foot pain. I will provide you with a link to this insole shortly.

You Can Use the Sport Insole that I Recommend for the Following Sports

  • Soccer
  • Basketball
  • Baseball
  • Football
  • Lacrosse
  • Tennis

The Importance of Removing the Original Insoles Before Fitting the Sport Insoles

You must remove the original insoles of your child’s sports shoes before placing the Superfeet insoles I recommended above. If you leave the original insoles and fit the Superfeet insole on top, you will raise your kids’ feet and give them the impression that their feet are coming out of the shoes. Failing to remove the original insoles will also cause the top part of your child’s feet (instep) to rub against the top part of the shoes.

Try this Amazing Shoe Lacing Technique!

I strongly suggest that you make sure that your child’s cleats are properly tied at all times so your child can get the full support and stability that the cleats and sports insoles have to offer. There is a specific shoe lacing technique that I learned from my coworker who has 20 plus years of shoe fitting experience.
